As some folk know I have been hiding behind this assumed name to allow me to trawl blogoland anonymously for the last couple of months whilst I considered my future as a blogger.
Having so done I have concluded that I will not be returning to blog writing for the foreseeable; indeed I have enrolled on a distance learning course instead.
I have met some lovely folk and a few turds in my 4+ years of blogging; I will miss the former but am relieved to avoid the latter.
I hope to continue lurking and occasionally commenting at other folks places.  Please do not be offended if yours is not one of them, or bothered if yours is!  My mantra will be “if nothing nice to say, say nowt!”
Some will accept my attitude, thanks; if you don’t feel able to, not my problem.

I have decided to remove almost all posts at this blog and hambocentral that had anything to do with my career or opinionating/bullshitting on health related matters.

The prospect of litigation over content posted has directed my actions.
